Another one of Cricket's cliche horse in the clouds picture XD

My entry for ~freespiritmustang's contest.
The rules were to design her a new character

So, meet Delirium. AKA Dilirium or Dil.
She has a fairly simple design. Navy blue pelt (because ~freespiritmustang likes blue ^^) with white star like speckles... white muzzle... white hooves... white glowy mane.. white eyes.
She has the ability to mingle with your dreams... she's like this perfectly lucid creature And when she's in a particularly happy mood, the stars appear to shine brighter.
She can fly without wings (again with the simple design. Come on. Wings are tough XD) and greatly enjoys spending her days in the sky.
old personality: Personality wise, she has a very soft voice... Though she's not shy at all. She may not speak much, but really what she's doing is listening. Absorbing. Even if she's not part of the conversation, she's constantly taking in pieces of talk
New personality: Cancel that. Dil is a MEGA BRAT! >D

I almost want to keep her.

Anyway. Photoshop decided to be a nasty little monster. When I went to play with the brightness/contrast, the window wouldn't show up and it wouldn't let me click anywhere else T_T So... I had to take a screen shot and open photoshop all over again. And the genius I am forgot to save.
So it severly lacks pretty resolution
Mane and tail looks like spaghetti.
Clouds look blah.
Stars look chunky.

Basically.
