haha could you imagine if hair actually reacted to emotions like that. It would be like anime. Someone says "Boo!" and all of a sudden your hair is going crazy :giggle:. I'm a mane fanatic, what can I say :XD:

God, *whirl-wind wasn't kidding. This is probably the most fun I've ever had drawing a character. =lani, props for having such a cool character! I had an absolute blast drawing this. :] can you tell?

In whirl's picture of him [link] he looked so at home in the water, so I had to draw him messing around with water too XD. Whether he is drawing forth that pretty glowing something or a little spooked because it's coming up beneath him, I will leave up to the viewer :D

I'm trying to render clouds a little differently especially with texturing, let me know what you think. :]

Wow, your art has improved so much hun, this is beautiful! I love the hair :XD: and your shading and water is just beautiful. The pose is so dynamic and the little details, such as the water dripping off the hooves and the eyes are just so beautiful! Love it :heart:

But woooow Cricket, this is definately one of my favourites now, I love everything about it!

The mane is crazy but oh so beautiful :love:
And I'm so jealous of your colouring skills, the shading and the reflection of the water is just perfect.

Oh and his eyes are so damn pretty and shiny.

Holy cow! This is so amazing. like, i love the mane, so wonderful. Manes are probably the most fun to play with, tails following a close second. You can do them any way you want. xD
and the water is so awesome, and the sky looks amazing!

Has it really? It's hard for me to tell. I suppose a good long break does the trick :)
I looooved working with the water. Which is weird, usually I hate water. But I didn't struggle with it, so it was pretty fun :D
