| Hello Hello. I go by many names, call me what you wish. I draw. I paint. I sulpt. I put my fingers to anything and everything that involves creating. Images flow through my mind at such rapid pace and my favorite thing to do is to catch them, paint them, and give the world a glimpse of what goes on in my mind. If you are thinking of using my art for your own means, make sure to read this first! My Art Policy FAQ #94: Can I use the images I find on deviantART? |

I'm getting a tablet, hopefully, for christmas, and I need some help. Price ranges, best models to choose, etcetera. Basically, what would be a good choice for me and how much is it? lol.

Wacoms are by far the best. If it's in your price range GO FOR THE INTUOS 4!!! Intuos is a great line from Wacom. If you're tight on cash, their Bamboo line is less expensive. Prices depend on size too. I have a tiny little 8x6 and it's okaaay, but I'm hoping for AT LEAST an 12x8 this christmas. Those are the minimum size IMO for artists. It gives a lot more room for brush strokes and comfortable wrist movements.
The only possible thing that I don't like about Wacom is their pen grips. They get kind of slimy and tear off after a good amount of use. But this only happened to mine after 2 years of using it every single day.
